CAN-VI
We have created this path because we are passionate about the world of wine. We start from wines made with respect and health. The elaboration could not be any other way than obtaining natural wine. Our experience has led us to share a packaging, until now, unusual.
We think that the canned wine can be fun and practical ...and, undoubtedly, it preserves the fruit of the wine and the hands that take care of it .
We hope that the passion that has brought us this far can grow with each sip.

CAN-VI ROSE
Grape Varieties: Monestrell
Vineyards: Located in Blancafort, La Conca de Barberà (Tarragona). Organic cetification.
Parellada, 6 years old . Orientation E-W.
Elaboration: fermentation with indigenous yeast, bleeding of the wine and fermentation in tank No added sulfites.

CAN-VI NEGRE
Grape Varieties: Garnatxa, Trepat
Vineyards: Located in Blancafort , La Conca de Barberà (Tarragona), at 400 m above sea level.
Trepat: Old Vineyards goblet with orgànic certification, orientation N-S.
Garnatxa: Young vineyard 14 years old and Orientation E-W.
Elaboration: Fermentation with indigenous yeast and maceration during 10 days with the skins.
Subsequent bleeding and storage in clay amphoras on the lees during 6 months. No added sulfites.

CAN-VI WHITE
Grape Varieties: Macabeu and Parellada.
Vineyards: Located at Monestir de Santes Creus, Alt Camp (Tarragona). Orientation SW -NE and 316 m above sea level. 20 years old vineyards and Organic certification.
Elaboration: maceration during 4 days with the skins.
Subsequent bleeding and storage in clay amphoras on the lees during 6 months. No added sulfites.

CAN-VI ANCESTRAL WHITE
Grape Varieties: Macabeu and Parellada.
The first ancestral that finish the fermentation in the can. Natural fine bubbles for your enjoyment. A Pet-nat in a can.
